Production
After Shopify confirms the order, the chosen design is printed onto the blank case matching the selected phone model. Production timing may vary by product and demand.
Delivery estimate
Available shipping services, charges, and the current delivery estimate are shown in Shopify checkout for the address entered.
Address changes
Contact us immediately after ordering. Once production or fulfilment begins, an address change may no longer be possible.
Transit issues
If tracking has not moved for an unusual period, contact us with the Shopify order number and the email used at checkout.
